Soul Calibur 2

I never really thought they looked like Odo myself... :( They certainly lack the sylistic edginess of the Soul Calibur characters, but that usually happens when there are a lot more curves and a lot less sharp edges (see: MGS->MGS2 for the Ninja and Snake...), so I guess it's just progress getting in the way of progress.

Raphael is the ost noticable but they all look too curvy like they are made of putty, and like their eyebrows are painted on? Water retentive, bloated in the face like they have mumps or somthing. Like Seaman! :( Thay just don't look right, not anime and not realistic, like some shoddy european team did them on a tiny budget and who previously specialised in CG adverts about talking telephones or lara croft-alikes crushing telephones in cinemas :P

While looking for examples I found this: http://www.felixmcli.org/sc2/sc2-arcadia.jpg

great picture if the girls didn't have giant lemons stuck up their blouses

Can't say I noticed the eyebrows thing, and they've always looked like stylised characters to me. My biggest gripe was the stupid breast physics, to be honest, that was just bizarre.

.::: I'm still quite literally amazed by Taki's animations for that.
