IT WAS HIM AND HE ACTUALLY CAME OVER AND DELIVERED IT AND HE IS REALLY NICE BUT I CUT IT SHORT AND NOW HAVE PS4.

...Who's up for Battlefield later?! I've just got in, did I see we are having issues logging on to PSN?

Didn't you invite him in to watch you trying to log onto PSN?

I'm pretty annoyed that NFS is inaccessible without being able to connect to the EA servers. I thought the always online thing was an unpopular MS idea. As for PSN it seems that if you managed to connect earlier you can still access the network (like on my profile) but if you try to make a new connection to it it doesn't work (like when my girlfriend tries, hah).

Killzone is pretty good so far, like folk have said though, it doesn't really give you too much of an idea what to do. Some suppressed weapons would be nice too.

I so desperately want to play AC4 but I'll have nowt to play at £mas if I do.

Nope I started to get that after a couple of hours too. I think it is some sort of bug, it is similar to the suppression effect except it keeps randomly occuring and does not go away. I read somewhere that it is called 'ambient occlusion' and could have something to do with Commanders EMP'ing. Anyway it's really annoying when it happens every 30 seconds.

Good to know it is the game and not the console. Maybe I'll see you online a bit later, if anyone fancy to play some BF4 they can always add me, KoefoedSWE.

Despite the sony network being down, it downloaded and installed the 1.51 update no problem. Will it need the network and shop to patch Assassins Creed 4 or was that the brief white progress bar I saw on the main screen before the game loaded up?

Earlier today, for about one minute, I owned two copies of Killzone. Now I don't have any! CEX gave me £35 which was probably fair enough, meant my total expense was £352 for the PS4, an extra pad and the camera. Can definitely live with that, even though basically all I've got is Resogun :lol:

When are games coming out for PS4? Is there actually owt new coming out over the next few weeks or are we looking at after Christmas?

Didn't get Mario with my Killzone money, though, GAME wanted an amazing £49.99 and there's no fucking way I'm supporting that shit.

Turn off your internet connection then you can start the game.

Killzone hasn't gripped me yet, I think it should've started off as a corridor shooter so you could grasp the basic.

Watching Hulk and Abomination punch each other in Lego Marvel is aces.

Game and system updates don't need PSN to download, it should patch the game. The white progress bar was probably installing. Press 'Option' over the game title and you can see a list of updates for that game.

I pressed option over the game title but there's no option to update the thing and it says I have version 1.00. It's meant to be 1.03 now for 1080p.
