I believe. The registering on the website has never dictated the order of who goes where, it's the posting on the forum. Might be best to wait for the SaintM verdict to confirm though...

both Dylan and Dogsout will need to register on the site if they are to join.

So surely

Dogsout goes to United

Chu Chu chris goes to City

Dylan (if he joins) goes to Athletic

It's never been dependent upon the order of people signing up on the site, it's about the sign up/WL order.

If Dylan has not registered by, say, 9pm then he's not available for the start of the season and thus not part of the league.

Nothing to do with silly little clauses and tiresome demands being made, just a reasonable application of existing policy.

Correct - this is the way it has always worked. Sorry Tobes but at least you still get that half-price T-Mobile contract :)

Oh tobes looks like i was wrong. It was quite hard to read saints email. i didn't know what WL was so took a guess.

What happens if Dylan doesn't register by 9pm Andy.

I presume Charlie goes to town as they were next on the list and he has declared he wants to join.

Then we just assume that Dylan can't make it tonight, but he'll be okay to play for United next week. He was the first to register his interest albeit through a 3rd party. Sith will make sure Dylan is signed up in time for next week's games and will apologise on his brother's behalf for his lack of communication to date.

Actually i just thought how to get round this. As the league hasn't started in can be seen as just an extension of the auction.

Tobes therefore gets to pick out of the remaining players as he is one man down.

I think all the other managers could get behind that to make the league more balanced for everyone.

I mean it is about fun not an actual court of law

Also, given the wider situation, does the fact that, dogouts has said he would like to play for us count for nothing?

We wait until 9pm or maybe not who knows!

EDIT: Okay, maybe you don't. I just actually read the posts. Athletic will have Dogsout' protégé.
