Puzzle and Dragons

Still only available in North America, and Japan for Android I think. It's quite easy to find the US apk and the only real downside is that the time specific dungeons/events are sometimes at awkward times.

I have it on my Nexus 7 but I really want it for my Nook+, so the biggest problem for me isn't the odd hour special dungeons, but the fact the Nook is a complete nightmare to get non-official stuff on :(

I'll also add I'm complete bobbins at this game, which my wife loves as she's considerably better at it than me. Then again a Valencia orange is better at it than me.

I have about a million of the things and nothing worth waking up :)

Heh. I never had this problem until the recent EU tamada village. Now I have a box full of babies that need yellow dublits.

Now level 200+ trying to learn how to play a two pronged team rather than the DXDQ team that took me from 150-190 but which has real problems in mystical descended dungeons.

Need a green spirit jewel to ultimate evolve my Athena though :(.

There's a gift from the holy beasts dungeon this weekend, just quit out if it doesn't spawn meimei and try again. 50 stamina a time so you may need to spend a stone or two if you're unlucky.

Level 220-odd myself. Have a great Red Sonia team with plenty of options but am getting a bit bored with it so am starting to try other things. Athena is one for sure. Also light metatron and kali. Or Norn Verdandi. I may have spent some money on it recently.

Best game.

I haven't played much of the Mario mode, but from what I can tell it is more like the iOS version than the actual Puzzles and Dragons side of the game. :) It seems to be that you just hop from dungeon to dungeon improving your allies as you go along with a Mario skin. I honestly don't know if there is more to it than that but it is definitely fun! I'm not too sure how many worlds it will have either to make it worth the £25ish if you aren't going to bother with the other game.

The Puzzles and Dragons Z side of the game is far from the iOS version. You choose to play as male or female (pokemon style) and there is side quests and stuff which tries to hide the grind of improving your monsters. The helper system is a bit annoying as I thought we would be able to exchange helper codes or something but it seems you can only exchange helpers via street pass or wireless side by side or by scanning QR codes. :( Your dad also gives you a daily rune and I think you use them at the shrine maiden to access the daily dungeons that also appear in the iOS version. :)

It is super addictive. I personally think it is worth the money but I did really enjoy it on my phone.

I've had it installed on my phone for a week now and I'm too scared to boot it up. It's one of those games I don't even know how to start, like, what am I actually meant to be looking for when it gives me a monster at the beginning or whatever it does?

I don't want to get lumbered with something rubbish.

I assume I've missed a crapload of time limited stuff as well

Vishnu's great. You'll want to build an all-wood team eventually but since his leader skill boosts all damage types you can put anything you like on a team with him, which is super useful when you're starting out.

My friend ID is 771,146,239. I jump about quite a lot but am mostly using Verdandi at the moment who will compliment Vishnu well, especially if you build a mostly wood team.
