The new one we have is a tanned cockapoo, no pictures yet but I shall have to get some asap.

This is brilliant! Made me smile! :(

Me too, Is it wrong that I imagine it singing a little song as it trundles along.

This thread is brilliant. You guys make me want to be a much, much better photographer.

It's in Portugal, right down in the south west near Sagres/Cape St Vincent. The whole reason I stopped the car was because it reminded me too of the big long vanishing point road shots I've seen from America.

The dog has never been swimming before. He was 1 last week, and has only ever paddled in water. (until last moth he was actually scared of it)

So today me and the missus took him down to the river, and I went in with him and helped him learn to swim. He loved it :( So did I.

I love those beach shots. Some fantastic clouds.

Everytime I've been out recently it's been either pure grey sky or pure blue. Now I love the good weather from the blue but a few clounds wouldn't hurt to make more interesting photos.

A Couple from today (took another trip to Knowsley Safari Park, these passes are great, going again tomorrow to do the walk around bit)

This lighting from the sun was magical today.

Really like the last one of that set, bradigor.

Thanks. Trying to let the original photo's do the talking more now. Used to let the designer in me take over, which was no good and was experimenting too much. (As previous comments in this thread had shown). More to come when I can be arsed to get them from the camera. Need to payout for a pro flickr account though.

Hoping I am not flooding the thread too much, but really enjoying myself with a camera at the moment.

Nice work there Pope & Duncan - Like the lovely afternoon summery feel on those fields Pope.

Definitely prefer the post look on that last set bradigor, I think I've previously mentioned that I personally wasn't a fan of your previous post production green feeling work.

Yeah, I took it to heart (in a positive way) and am trying to seperate the designer in me away from the photographer. Is a working progress, but personally think I am improving. Some of the PP work in the earlier sets may work for a specific brief, but not for general photography. Thanks for the advice

Tried to get in Hellingly Asylum earlier, took ONE photo.

post-2104-1243896039.jpg

Then we heard noise at the gate so went round the back just to have a look around and lay low. We're there for five minutes and then a mate says "I'm sure I just heard someone?" and we were like "naaaaaah". Then he's running, saying "they just said they released the dogs!".

The three of us look at him wondering whether he's having a laugh or not but we run back where we came anyway, and there they were out the corner of my eye, two bloody Alsatians.

We got out before they saw us though, but they had boxed us in and someone was waiting at the car.

Luckily they just said we shouldn't be there.
