Watched the new episode last night. He's so fucking frustrating. Every time he learns his lesson he goes right back out and makes stupid fucking decisions.

 

Also The Rival? Scraping the bottom of the barrel there. Also loses points for making him Biff from BTTF. I`ll be pleased when Supergirl comes back. At least when Kara does stupid things she looks cute doing it.

 

Barry also needs to get it on with Linda again.

Iris has grown on me, but not as a love interest. I seriously thought they'd realize it and nip it in the bud. Ugh.

Ouch. Another pretty poor episode that I'm not sure what to think of. Barry being the worst again and some odd choices (people loved Emo last year! Let's double up!)

 

Barry:"Felicity whenever I go back in time to fix things, I just make things worse"



 

5 minutes later "I'll go back in time to fix things!"

 

They've used Flashpoint to fix some little oddities, but also some weird choices

 

Emo Cisco? Really...why...



 

Also changing Sarah to John - to fit in with Legends future Green Arrow - was a bit strange. Wonder how/if it'll be addressed in Arrow

 

Great to see Jay pop up and say "Stop fucking it all up Barry" :D

Yeah. That was odd. No mention of him at all. I would have thought that Barry (if he wasn't such a fuckwit) would have realised that the real Wells should surely still be alive, as the Reverse Flash wasn't left trapped in the past this time.

I dunno what they are supposed to do about that after setting them up as being married, maybe send her off to study reporting abroad for a few years? They just have zero chemistry. Or rather she's as seductive as a block of wood, she'd give Tom Welling a run for his acting chops.

What was even the point of giving Jessie a suit in this episode if you don't see her then wearing it?

Loved season 1, but season 2 became very meh by the end and it's not been a strong start this year either.. :(

Candice has "resting fuck me eyes" so there's something wrong with your dingdong and I buy the chemistry, it's just a little weird that they're basically brother and sister from the start of adolescence.

Yup. Makes no sense, given that they've made a point of the clothes issue before.

 

 

What I really want to know, though, is where the fuck the Earth-1 Wells is, and why has Barry not mentioned it to anyone - he knows that Eobard was not left powerless in the past in this timeline, which surely means that Wells would still be alive, as Eobard wouldn't have been there to kill him and steal his ID.

The general answer to every inconsistency in The Flash is 'he/she learned to channel/control The Speedforce better' 

In the comics it generates a shielded area around a speedster (and anyone they're carrying) so the extreme speed & friction doesn't affect them..
