Who is Delders? I don't even remember him in the new guys list.

He's a mate of mine who absolutely, definitely wanted to play in the league blah blah blah and has now managed to mess up the first hurdle. Well done him, he will be getting a mouthful from me. Sorry all but nowt I can do. :(

1 season you are going to end up with them. I remember you getting soooo close one season. There was 1 person to pick before you and all but 1 team above Oxford on your list had gone. The team left was the best available so it looked a certainty that the chap in front of you (I forget who he was) would pick them and land you with your beloved Oxford United. Cue chap in front going all Goaty and picking someone completely out of left field and saving you from an entire season of frustration and torment (well, more so than any normal season)

I remember being absolutely gutted!

Not your fault. Just keep pestering him though as he is now top of League 2 and holding them up from finding out who they have ended up with

He's only dropped from 33rd pick to 36th pick so all is not lost in terms of him ending up with a team that can't compete with, in the league he is in

Was that the same season I kept putting Agger up front much to your frustration? :D

I'm waiting on gingerling, Shoes and hmm

I'm really sorry chaps but I have to go out at 7.15 to run football training for my lads team, and won't get back until 8.45 so you are going to have to wait an extra hour to find out who you got unless I have everyone's list by 7.10

I think this might go to the wire as Shoes and hmm haven't even read the original pm yet so got a feeling they may miss the deadline

This season there is yes

Previously we have also run a Champions League cup for half the teams and Euro cup for the other half but we decided to just do one cup this season and see how we go

It starts a couple of fixtures in and runs alongside the league fixtures - Each round is 1 game and it;s a stright knockout. It's the only fixtures you can use the forum to arrange - all league fixtures are arranged using the 'notes' tab on each fixture and leaving messages for your opponent with your availability
