It's a simpler costume, without all the texturing stuff they put on the other versions. I think it was during the making of Man of Steel where they explained that the texture makes the costume look better on camera.

 

I quite like it.

I didn't make the connection on first viewing, but Cap's "I could do this all day" line is a callback to the alleyway bullies in The First Avenger.

How is that hench? HIs arms, shoulders, chest and waist are tiny. He looks like a young kid dressed up, as he should.

Yep, and it would seem that's all from the final showdown so we've pretty much seen how it ends too.

How do you know that or are you just guessing? It doesn't really show how it ends, just shows the start of a fight, nothing more. Could be anywhere in the movie.

The airport battle is not how the film ends. If anything it's the end of the first act.

Yeah that joke is going to fall completely flat on anyone outside the US. Maybe they'll change the line for other countries.

Also, and I feel we've overlooked it because of Spidey, but how good does Black Panther look? And The Raft! And the look of shock on Tony's face when the Winter Soldier tries to headshot him!

 

This, more than any other Marvel film so far, has made me completely revert into an excited child. I cannot wait.

So if it's the end of the first act (which rewatching it would make sense I guess - avengers duke it out in mysterious abandoned airport, War Machine gets shot giving Iron Man the resolve he needs to Get Shit Done), does Spidey just fuck off for the rest of the film?
