Does sound cool, though. The tag-team summon is her V-Trigger. Her V-Skill:

R. Mika pulls out her trusty microphone and gives a heart-pumping monologue to the crowd. The longer the buttons are held down, the more powerful her normal and special throws become! During her monologue state, she is able to absorb one hit from the opponent and can also cancel the speech at any time by letting go of the buttons, causing her to fling the mic at the opponent.

I think she looks a load of fun. That VTrigger tag team should allow for fun combo extensions and her VSkill is nice and goofy. Her tag partner is called Yamato Nadeshiko, if anyone is wondering. She's no Yoko Harmageddon but she looks pretty cool.

Maybe Yamato will be an alt costume? I expect them to go completely wild with paid costmetic* DLC.

*unintentional but excellent typo.

It's quite interesting to see so many old faces returning, what with this reveal and previous unveilings of Charlie and Birdie. How many more dream character lineup inclusions need to be confirmed then? :P

EDIT: ok just saw Nate's post. Bit surprised really as Siliconera can be pretty bad for hyping up unsubstantiated rumour, but we'll see...

Not to be a snaffle-puss but I'm a bit worried about all of these bad fonts and porcelain faces. I don't think rendering silly boob physics was a computing restriction of the 360 either.

Maybe it's a beta thing or maybe it's just me but there seems to be a lot of fun missing from the presentation compared to 4

It's just bad art, I just don't like the art.

More solar eclipse hippos.

It's a design from the Alpha series back when being a perv was cool.

It's probably not even that. Women's wresting in Japan was really something else back then, so the creation of the character has some relevance. The design and presentation is way off in this instance.

Compared to 4? The art is so much better in V. The proportions in the character models are much more defined. When IV first launched I kind of liked it but over time it's shown how much it has dated.

Well it's a design thing and personal preference. I think 4 is pretty timeless in that regard. Despite there being a large man spewing fire and eating a doughnut, Street Fighter 5 comes across as a bit more serious, not as colourful and less fun.

There is still plenty of time for Capcom to reintroduce throwing-up when you get puched in the guts, so that might swing it.
