Very disappointing. I don't know why they bothered advertising a huge 4 part crossover only to not bother with it in the first ep. Hardly 60 seconds went by for Barry to bring her over right at the end and that could have been done in his show right at the start, so what was the point? They referenced notthing of what is actually happening making it entirely pointless. Add to that an average episode at best which could have been something great and how can you think that was good with "I am CYBORG SUPERMAN!". Oh lord :lol:

The past couple of weeks have coasted on Melissa being real purdy and making me regress back to classing this as a guilty pleasure, but dammit, this week's episode was back to form. I hope the Alien Invasion/Mon-El threat will be the arc of this season, leaving Lena to be in it for the long haul of the show. She's a great big bad.

 

And next week's episode looks like fun!

I really hate how they keep sticking Superman in the opening intro, makes me keep hoping there's going to be a better show :lol:

The worst thing about the latest episode has to be.... Cyborg SUPERMAN. They've screwed up a bit for this rather than use the Hank actor they could have kept bringing back the Superman guy, have him play the role. Would have been much better.

I think The Flash has been pretty lousy this year.. yet another speedster and Barry's constant need for validation.. meh..

This still feels like it has the lighter, fun touches that Flash has been sorely missing since the start of last season..

Keep going! Series 2 of Arrow is one of the best things to hit DC, amaze balls! 3 goes downhill fast and its struggled until S6. But 2 is where the gold is at!

Proper good this week I thought - the opening was hard hitting, and the entire subject was well timed.

 

Some good interaction all round, and Snapper was harsh but right. 


James even showed up - in completely superfluous scenes.

 

Re: Ending

 

Teri Hatcher, Dean Cain and Kevin Sorbo all on screen!?!?! It's like the 90s are back!

Nice reprise of the Red Faced theme, strong episode.

 

But it just occured to me this is S02E15. I drifted through the early episodes of the season respecting the fact that they were investing a lot of time in fleshing out the wider cast...but the season is nearly over and there's a distinct underrepresentation of Supergirl in Supergirl.

Little bit yeah - it's clearly "Alex's" season.

 

I was actually thinking this morning how nice it was that Superman (great as he was) hasn't been back and overwelmed/overshadowed the show.
