Yeah i read that, it was a load of Bernie bollocks as usual.

I mean complaining that Ferrari are being unfair because they've veto the Bernie and Todt clean up show is just laughable ! it was bernie and Todt that cooked up the veto thing because Ferrari had sided with the teams over manufacturers involvement. the sooner that man has a stroke and just fucks off the better. its all a total mess and he is the epicentre of the shit storm. So many backhanded deals and special rules and pockets lined and layer upon layer of secrecy.

When they finally catch up with him, Bernie is going to make Blatter look like the love child of Jesus christ and Budda !

Have a play, let me know what you think is good, bad or ugly. If you feel like it then log any issues you find here.

I'm still playing with this so it its unavailable for a while it means I broke something, check back later. If you submit some predictions for 2015 you won't get any scores as the season is over, I'll jump into the db later and update them so they are valid for the 2015 season and you can get an idea of how it all looks.

I have always been a big fan of the BBC, but frankly they can go fuck themselves with their choices of late.

Sport gets the chop while drama and shite like ballroom dancing goes from strength to strength.

Outside of news they have next to nothing to offer me any more.

What "no adverts thing"? Sky don't show adverts during football or anything else similar. ITV Will.

ITV don't show ads during football.

What do sky not show ads during that ITV do?

Plus they will both have live races, ITV will get absolutely creamed if they have ads and Sky don't.

they don't have ads during football but they are quite good at cutting coverage at critical moments.

If you read that article it's just Wimbledon and Olympics they have left and they'll lose the latter in 6 years time unless they can agree a new deal with the rights holders. F1 is now too expensive and ratings are falling so I can see why they would abandon them, Bernie charges too much money these days and does not care about free to air anymore.

I wouldn't mind if Sky took over the rights entirely and just put 10 races a year on Pick using their existing coverage. Although I imagine the ratings would be at the same level as the free European games BT Sport put on their Vision freeview channel.

Well, if people don't have Sky then they have to choose ITV so it doesn't matter if ITV has adverts and Sky doesn't. They have half time for football games where adverts can go, no such method for F1.

It's certainly affected me. As time goes on, I make less and less effort to watch the races on Sky, and I've found that as a result I'm less bothered by all the other races on BBC. Never thought I'd lose interest in F1 but there we go

I am the same but mainly because F1 is in a bad place at the moment, Sky coverage has been leagues ahead of the BBC the past couple of years and in race I would say Sky are better than the BBC has ever been, BBC with Jake did some good after race stuff but lots of rose tinting when it comes to the live coverage.

I won't watch sport on ITV due to the lower league fiasco caused by ITV Sport and likely I will drop my Sky Sports so short of streaming it I could be not watching live for the first time in decades :(

I Believe that picture in picture adds is if not illegal in the UK extremely frowned upon. So ITV will cut to adds at least once or twice during the race.

Given how dull the racing was this year, I don't it'll be too much of a problem. But it have Sky so ... it won't really affect me.

While Hamilton is still around I doubt it will happen soon but does anyone think F1 might end up going the same way as WRC in this country. Highlights were always changing network in the early 2000s and then Loeb dominated for years, Subaru and Mitsubishi quit and now no one talks about it anymore even though there is still a WRC event in Wales every year.
