Vettel should make the end on one more, which I think is what Lewis is going to need at his rate of deg.

Yep that's what I think but 22 seconds behind is quite a bit to catch up.

Rosberg being so limp-wristed in the post safety car period really screwed him; after he got past everyone into third he actually kept the gap to Lewis at exactly the same up until the pit stops. He's been acting beaten all weekend - utterly shit stuff.

The one advantage of being slower is that you're better on tyres.

He is 34 seconds behind Vettel & will not be running faster so Vettel has his pit stop in hand. He would have been better doing what Lewis is trying which is to go faster than Vettel at the moment & when Vettel has to use the prime Lewis will be on mediums.

Hamilton will be on the mediums at the end, but there will be a period where Vettel will have some shiny new hards against Lewis' worn mediums in the middle.

No I think both will come in fairly close together for the next stop

I was impressed with Max in that battle with Bottas actually.

Most rookies of any age or any Force India driver could have turned that Maldonado.

He's already got a sense of knowing when you've lost a battle, at least for now.

And Rosberg loses another chance to be of some use today.

Hards?

Welp, game over again.
