I always go to bbc.co.uk/f1 to try and find the times that they'll be showing it....

There is this page

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/17151954 which is conviniently linked from... well... it is obvious... at the right half way down the F1 page (http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/formula1/) there is a list of some F1 related things on TV and Radio (but not the whole weekend of things OH NO!) click on the first one (1st practice) and instead of that taking you to something about first practice it takes you to a fuller page of all sport over the next few days.

Simples!

Have you seen the new FIA media page ... I think someone has let the work experience IT guy have a play with it. I mean, okay it was a horrible mess before hand, finding anything two races running was always a bit pot luck. But at least a knew where i should be randomly clicking. Now its all WEC this, F1 that and no logic to where timing and scoring sheets or qualifying results are. Its a right bastards :facepalm:

Schedule & Results

Clicking the Coverage link takes you to a generic page saying which rounds they are covering live & which are highlights, but I can't find anywhere where it says what they're actually showing. So annoying!

I always use the Sky F1 page

I think nearer the time there is another link or they do update it better. Other wise just keep on scrolling down to the bottom of that page and all the coverage details are displayed. Same idea as fraggle is getting at but more f1 specific events ( and the first link for the radio event goes to the right place)

On a side note i find the new f1.com site to be annoying also. Don't think they post specific times at all now.

It's a bit embarrassing, yes. People as garnish.

I prefer to see it as people making the most of a natural talent.

It's not so much different to the drivers.

But to be honest, I don't much care which way a series goes on the matter.

Yeah it's that bit for me. Or in BTCC the cameras doing a close up/pan around of the uncomfortably smiling grid girl in tight costume before moving in to the driver being interviewed in their car.

Having said that my girlfriend knows one of the BTCC grid girls and she does seem to love her job (when not doing that she teaches at a drift school I think)

Just throwing it out there because it just occurred to me.

The hold up in Ham's contract talks could be about the length of the contract. Merc will I would expect want him on a multi year deal. He might just want one extra year. Why?

F1 goes in cycles. No one stays at the top forever and he doesn't have forever left. I remember him saying something about wanting to stick around for another 6 seasons.

2 more years at Merc, at least 1 more championship maybe 2 then finish off the career at... I can't quite say it but... yeah. Ferrari.

As a 3 or 4 time champion he has nothing else to prove and might have taken Merc as far as both can go together.

Wtf is Pastor doing? They should ban pay to drive!

Then no-one would be driving. They all PAY for their seat one way or another.

Truth is, there needs to be more competition to weed out the bad drivers before they get the Superlicence.
