BBC cost cutting means F1 might be highlights only in the future

http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/121853

I hope this doesn't happen but with the increased costs of Match of the Day and Wimbledon along with previous sacrifices of their golf and horse racing teams it's not completely out of the question. If it does I can see myself drifting away from the sport, highlights aren't the same especially when presented by a reduced team and watching it via a stream won't be worth it.

Well they were kind of a stupid idea ..

Who was going to make them and who was going to buy them ? No one.

The FIA have mandated that the manufacturers must supply a number of team now. Redbull will get their engine. This was all smoke and mirrors, it was never going to happen.

Guys -

Rosberg

Hamilton

Vettel have been picked in my work league.

I'm next pick, who do I go for? I should win the title with a 4th place finish.

I'm thinking Bottas, but he's let me down a couple times this year. Is this a Williams track? I see they both scored podiums last year.

Or its Kimi really and hope he gets that solid 4th.

Tough call this.

I assume you've already had to make your choice, but the P1 times for Williams aren't great. Kimi is looking the most promising so far!

Yeah I chose Kimi. Deadline was Thursday 4pm.

The chap in first got a help from his mate so got Bottas. (his mate chose Will Stevens  as 5th pick)

I'm 3 points behind, quite looking forward to it :)

The people who chose the Mercs can also win if both Bottas and Kimi retire.
