Hosting Pgr2 Games

I'm on Blueyonder 512k and I can only host four players (including me) in my PGR2 games, any more than that and they seem to just drop out of the lobby. Can anyone confirm that a 1 or 2mb connection is considerably better for hosting Live games before I upgrade my bandwidth please?

Upgrading to 1mb to host games would be pointless, because Blueyonder still only give you a 256K upload to go with your 1mb download. I believe it's only once you go up to 2mb that they give you a 512K upload.

I'm too scared to host games....I fear the power would go to my head, people would be kicked left right and centre! ;)

I only kicked somebody once (well two guys at the same time), and I have to admit it was very satisfying. They were a pain in the ass though; they refused to drive the cars everybody was driving and only complained about how much they sucked and that it was dull. So I told them to get the proper car or to get lost. The rest, as they say, is history :(

I mean, I even gave them a chance for God's sake...
