Is it possible to sell players?

Also sometimes my subs bench doesn't match what I have set up in the tactics screen. Having to take a striker off injured and only have 4 defenders and a couple of midfielders on the bench is a bit rubbish.

Selling players will come as an update, wanted it for launch but ran out of time, as with young players stats increasing. Trying to keep the mechanics of the management side simple so probably just an end of season popup giving you the opportunity to sell the chaff.

The formation stuff is another bug which is fixed and will come via an update very soon if you are Android, not so soon for iOS. Basically the subs on the formation screen isn't reflected in-game.

Hobo, have you considered trying a portrait gameplay mode for phones? I suspect you've already tried it, however it might make it more portable?

The gameplay additions that I'd like to see is the keeper coming off his line and chipped shots. Perhaps a tap after swipe?

Btw I spam watched a good 200 adverts last night. After 10-20 they stop being vids and just flash up a screen. It becomes a quick process for cash!

I'm going to IAP at some point, for me I'd like a few bugs ironed out.

And I found one just now. 4-0 up with about 56 mins gone. After the replay i hit the sub button. One of my guys got fouled to stop play and I made my changes. Once they'd finished the game restarted - and went straight to full time.

Penalties - yes to save tap one way or the other, need to explain that!

Keeper AI needs to be improved agree. Also you can do backspin/forwardspin after your initial shot swipe by quickly swiping back and forward.

Interesting regarding the vids thing - can you PM me how to recreate.

Subs button doesnt stop the time! thats fixed in the next patch. Android fix very soon, iOS quite soon.

Hopefully not. Early stages tips:

- always SORT: NRG before each game so you rest the tired players who's stats drop and are more likely to be injured

- buy a two star skills coach after pre-season which boosts all your players

- then buy Cureton he's old but the cheapest CF and good for a season

- Burton is also pretty good at early stages and good for a season

I have only played about 4 games last night, really liking it, well done. As for finding it difficult to score, can't say I have much of that problem. Won my first 3 matches 3-0, 2-0, 3-1. Lost the 4th 1-0, simply because I hadn't checked on the stamina gauge...I'll be keeping a closer eye on that, and I hired a 2* fitness coach.

Only bug(?) I've had so far has been sometimes the swipe for shoot doesn't seem to go in the direction I want. It may be player stat related? But swiping directly to the right shouldn't produce a 45° shot. As I said, it's not all the time but have noticed it once or twice a match.

Is it because I chose the German league? Are there more divisions in the English league in the game?

Germany has the same number of divisions (can check the leagues in MANAGER screen) and the difficulty is the same, essentially the starting league is the equivalent of the conference.

Does the game have a tutorial for the menus? I have no idea what is going on with the team between games.

That's something I alwalys wanted like NSS - you press the ? and it tells you about every area. Sorry, coming soon!

Basically noise is applied to every shot based on your players shooting stat. Meaning players with lower shooting stat have a high chance of balooning it. Definitely need to explain that somehow!

I guessed as much (I'm making my own sports game and it is similar to what I am doing) but didn't expect it to be as extreme. There was one occasion where I was through on goal, just a bit left of the pen spot and I decided to swipe directly right (to accomodate some potential random noise) and it went 10-15ft wide. I must have just unluckily hit the upper end of the random range on that one.

By comparison I've scored some cracking volleys.

Its a tricky balance because at a low level you don't want to make it uber hard and then just no fun, yet you still don't expect 20/30 yard volleys to ping on target.

Have you tried perhaps taking the power down on volleys a long way out - or adding extra height noise the worse a player is?

After some significant play, I do feel it needs a way to trade your players away, and perhaps a little more on the money management side. Other than that, and the already aforementioned issues - subs running down time, for example - I'm really liking it.

I'm assuming price of new players is mainly a factor of age vs overall skill level - does everyone retire at 40 or similar? Or have I got the pricing situation wrong?

I just scored in the 90th minute of the conference playoff finals to go 2-1 up. So ecstatic was I that I decided to upload a youtube clip of the moment to share here. It would have been my first youtube clip shared ever. And then the whole thing crashed on me as I was sharing, losing the replay and the game.

So you'll have to take my word for it, it was an AMAZING goal.

Selling players is coming soon. Players over 34 have a chance of retiring at the end of the season. Yes the price should reflect age and skill level.
