Ubisoft really are E3's standard bearers. They may not drop the megatons, but they never fail to deliver a solid lineup with at least one good surprise at the end. Great stuff, although disappointed that Prince Of Persia is still MIA.

As always, entertaining showfrom Ubisoft, but I didn't find much to take away from that for myself. They usually have some more left-field, creative stuff in amongst the tent pole blockbusters but they were lacking in that area tonight. Lots of shooting, lots of open-world, it was all a bit samey for me. Was lacking a Rayman or Valiant Hearts reveal or something.

Can't believe so many people are negative about Ghost Recon. You're all miserable bastards just because you didn't get Beyond Good & Evil 2. I thought it looked bloody brilliant and some of my favourite experience was playing through GRAW and GRAW2 back in the day.

I'm not negative about it actually, I think it looks like a lot of fun but let's not pretend it's not going to use a lot of Ubis open world formula.

it didnt bear any resemblance to them though. It looked liked a cross between Just Cause & Far Cry.

I think the open world environments looks incredible - it's really absurd how good games are starting to look now - personally I was just turned off by the tiresome right wing murder-all-drug-dealerrs tone but whatever.

Also, yeah, I am VERY sceptical of Ubisoft's open-world formula. I was sick of it in Watch Dogs.

But that open world environment looks amazing.
