From the team that brought you The Legend of Korra!

(I really hope this'll be Platinum on their A-game - or, hell, even their C-game - but I can't help but worry about it going the same way as their other Activision-published, cartoon-licensed game)

More than likely.

I really hope this is a full release and not a DL only. Legend of Korra whiffed of budget. It wasn't bad but there was a lack of depth in multiple areas which hurt it a lot. I think you saw all enemy types and their move sets by the end of stage 2.

Still I'm very hopeful, I'm sure I'll love it regardless.

Activision, if you're reading this, get platinum on TMNT after this!

The info above leaked due to Best Buy listing it on their website too early (complete with what is presumably box art) so it definitely seems to be a full retail release..

The Legend of Korra was indeed them at their C-game. A highly enjoyable beat 'em up, sorely lacking on enemy variety and environments (because budget).

It is a full retail release apparently, not a digital only title.

Though we're still dealing with Activision here of course.

Having seen the screens multiple times now, I do wonder if everybody will be able to transform at all… Then again, why else would you put Grimlock in?

Looking at the buildings there may be a fair amount of environmental destruction to complement the awesome big robot beatings! This is the first transformers game I've been remotely interested in!

It felt more like their F game to me :(

(For me, MadWorld is what I'd think of as their C game)

As any self-respecting child of the 80's should, I will be picking this up as long as it doesn't get dismal reviews.

I will be buying it regardless then listening to the Transformers The Movie OST on repeat as I play it, possibly forever.

Dare! Dare to believe you can survive. You hold the future in your hands.

If they go the Alien Isolation route and include missions based on the Movie I'll be there day one.

Dial down the expectations, guys. This could end up like the Japan-exclusive PS2 Transformers game, full of G1 fanwank, but lousy to play.

That wasn't PG though. Even Korra, for all its faults, has better mechanics than most games.
