Bayonetta 1 (standalone) is in stock on the Nintendo Store.

Yep, just got my pre-order in £24.99 , they actually implemented a queuing system for it and I had to enter the email I used to register my interest and then a code sent to said email, so a they are making a small effort to try and stop the scalpers at least.

Finally ordered my copy and they've managed to un-mangle my saved address after the last debacle with the N64 controllers. Glad they've implemented a proper ordering system instead of the surprise release they did last time.

Advance Wars 1+2 Re-Boot Camp for £31.99 if you want to lock in before reviews: https://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/advance-wars-12-re-boot-camp-nintendo-switch-ps3199-at-currys-4109929

Anyone having trouble with this? Keeps telling me it’s not available for delivery or collection despite telling me it’s available for delivery on release day

Edit. Fixed now I think!

Thanks btw that is an excellent saving, not like they’re gonna mess this one up.

Ordered one, went to check my order status just now, it lists my address as STREET NAME HOUSE NUMBER, as in reverse order, not great in a road where half the buildings have been converted to flats. But it won’t let me change the address. And their chat support doesn’t work (not that it would be any good). Any ideas, anyone?

I think I usually just cross my fingers and hope for the best.

That for me means “it’ll get delivered to the wrong building and stolen, and the seller will refuse to give a refund”, so, err, I’ll have to cancel the order before it’s shipped. Bugger.

Do folk on here use screen protectors on their Switch? I've never bothered but keep seeing videos where people reckon they are essential. Used one on my phone in the past but also don't bother now

People report a lot of scuffing on the screen edges from the dock. My screen protector’s got that now after a couple of years. Otherwise it just meant I was able to be a bit less paranoid about it when it was new!

My N64 pad is dispatched!

Cheers, and mine hasn't. My N64 paperclips, Kirby mousemat and FE pad have though.............woo hoo.

Yeah I do, just for peace of mind really, and because I have a child. She’s pretty careful but we’ve had a smashed iPad screen in the past so I don’t take any risks now.

You don’t notice they are there tbh.

Think I might grab one from Amazon then, cheers

Go for a decent tempered glass one, they look great on the OLED and will actually improve the original Switch screen which is just plastic.

I've got an OLED and was planning on a tempered glass one, just looking at reviews now

Ive not put a screen protector on my Switch, well any of them inc the kids - between us was have 5 now and none are scratched! Same with phones, never used them and everyone I see with a screen protector on it has a broken screen protector….   I properly dropped my phone the other day, convinced it would be smashed and was ok about having to replace it as its ancient now (iPhone 11 I think) but no, still going strong and no excuse to buy a new one :(

I've ordered an ivolver one, will see if it's not noticeable, if so I'll stick with it. Thanks for all the input.

The screen protector on my Switch is only noticeable when it's turned off. I got it to protect the screen from the dock and it has got a few scuff marks on it. I don't use a screen protector on my Lite or handheld consoles.
