Some reports of warping systems, worrying to say the least:

People asked for Nintendo for being more like Apple and now they're more like Apple its worrying, I dunno!

On a serious note, mine doesn't get very hot in the dock - wonder if people have faulty fans or something?

Really? It feels like the first step towards proper progress so far. Going in other directions have gotten me nowhere. I tend to snatch tiny bits of game time these days, maybe I'm missing something obvious. One way or another I haven't really enjoyed much of this at all, very sorry to say.

I think there are some faulty fans. Think one of the computer game show guys had one which had to go back.

One of the computer show guys, I think it was number two @murray now you come to mention it but his was crashing in the dock wasn't it?

Think I hit that hit after about 30 hours. Though the beauty of the game is you can do whatever you want whenever.

You and that other weirdo that aren't getting on with it should get a room and make sweet love.

I didn't even use bananas on that bit. I used the ladder to climb to the first floor, walked along the rafters, then fell down and legged it into the door in the corner. It was so easy, no stealth required at all.

Grab all the bananas then fast travel out of there to your safe spot. Eat bananas and do something else instead - there's like hundreds of things to do.

I hit that bit and was initially sad, it's one of the few times the games momentum is disrupted. Once you've done it tho be sure to go back through the area to collect all the goodies you skipped.

That stealth bit, relatively early. Fuck it, can't bring myself to try again. Looked at a walk through. Not sure if I'm misjudging the mechanic or what. Can't do it, game over. It's just no fun at all. I always get this with Zelda. Love it, love it, boring shit brick wall, never play it again. There should be an option where you put in your age and the game takes pity and lets you skip bits you don't like.

I hate stealth bits. And that bit was fine. Sure, it took me about five attempts, but it's only a minute long.

Sounds like you've gone in an unconventional direction if that's pretty early in the game for you. Most people probably reach that bit towards the end.

It was in the first quarter of the game for me. The only bit most people are actually going to reach near the end is actually the end.

Wonderboy in the coming soon section at £17.99. More expensive than everywhere else <_<

I don't get that, it's about £2 isn't it? So what's different about the Switch to warrant that? Or is it simply greed knowing that there aren't a lot of games on the switch they can get extra the new owners?

Oh yeah, there's no right or wrong way. But I think most people naturally tend to start with Zora's Domain, and work their way around as the game definitely nudges you in that direction. Certainly I think that particular stealth mission works best if you come to it having encountered the clan all the way through the game rather than dealing with them almost immediately.

I headed to the camel after Zora because that seemed the way the story was going. I'd bumped into a few Yiga clan members on the way to Fishworld, and a Gerudo in a stable, so seemed appropriate.

Yeah, mine was lasting 30-40 minutes in docked mode before a message appeared on screen with words to the effect of 'console is overheating, going into sleep mode now'. After which the console was crazy hot to hold.

Sent it off to Nintendo last week so hoping I'll hear about whether they can save my 50 hour Zelda save this week.

Saw an ad for 1-2 Switch on TV last night and the wife asked if I could get it so she could play on the Nintendo.

Is it not in CEX yet for like a fiver? :P On a serious note the price is beginning to drop on it, £33 on amazon now I think?
