Don't understand the reasoning behind digital purchases being always to hand. I've never found it much fuss to carry around the odd cart with me, especially as most cases have space for at least 2 spare. I suppose if you're the kind of player which flits constantly between lots of titles it may make some sense. But then again in my experience, most people play a limited range of titles in rotation.

Each to their own though. Physical all the way for me. When it comes right down to it I just feel like I end up getting more value. And of course the Switch cases are lovely. :)

Both of my cases have space for games. I'm physical all the way too but i can see the arguement for a game like Mario Kart to be digital as you can can jump in for a quick race without changing the cart in between playing Zelda. It's no hassle for me to swap the games as I don't change games very often.

Slight give in the joycons is normal.

Yeah, I googled it and a lot of people seemed worried. I was just wondering because there is only any give in the right Joycon. The left one is rock-solid.

I've been playing it solely in handheld mode using the buttons, and it's fine. Specter of Torment expansion is sublime.

Using the buttons? That sounds awful. Had a watch of Gamexplain's review which suggests the lack of d-pad significantly mars the experience and isn't even close to using the Pro controller. Really annoying.

Vita version is cheaper and has proper handheld controls so I'll probably just get that. Pity because I'd rather be playing it on the Switch screen.

Because unless it's plugged in and turned on at the wall, it drains the battery?

It drains very little though, mine is 97% after 24 hours, not sure if it was 100% before as I had put it into the dock earlier to charge but not sure if it had reached 100%.

I've read people saying there's has discharged to 60%ish in their bag on the way to work which is odd. Perhaps if a game is left suspended it drains more?

Yeah, using the buttons. I've had no problem with them at all. I've played through the game on my New 3DS XL using the d-pad, but prefer it on Switch.

I have that. Though a very slight wobble on the left.

Undocked my Switch after a session of Mario Kart and the fan was super loud going crazy. I waited a little and it calmed down but i noticed when playing in handheld the Switch is getting quite warm. I don't know if the fan was loud when playing Zelda as i have always had the sound on but playing Mario Kart today with no sound and handheld i can hear the fan. Is this normal? Am i getting paranoid over nothing?

Mine does the same. It's usually quite warm coming out of the dock.

Hmm, didn't have any problems playing Zelda, but the left Joycon is having reception issues when playing Mario Kart. Bah. :(

Why have my Joy-Cons been absolutely fine? We had four connected up last night with no issues whatsoever. I've tested one at least 10 feet away, even behind my back, and it's worked perfectly.
