This is one of those games which I keep on meaning to create a topic about, but instead I'm too busy playing it. It's a crafting game, but the trick is to automate. Everything. Starting off small with just a few coal powered drills and maybe a conveyor belt. Leading to where I am now (robots flying around following a logistics system and wires dangling from lamposts). I may post a video of my dreadfully inefficient setup, especially compared to the wonder in the footage below, but in the meantime there's a free demo on the website: https://www.factorio.com/

As an aside, I'm finding it a lot more fun in peaceful mode.

I've had my eye on this for ages. Will probably pick it up once I get tired of Prison Architect and Infinifactory. I love games like this, it's a bit like 'engine-building' in board games.

I bought this on a whim and accidentally played if for about 8 hours in a row (which is very unlike me),

Not in a place where I can devote any time to it at the moment, but it is fantastic.

If I was 13 again, I would have spent an entire summer holidays trapped inside playing this on my amiga, and would probably have ended up taking engineering at university.
