Real talk, I always used to rag on the guy but once he stopped doing these things, I have found myself missing Fat, Old, and Awkward Corporate America Personified Guy these last few years. He had a rather soothing voice.

I'm sympathetic to that view, but in this case it's so difficult to play the originals, and there is a sequel turning up eventually, and it's been so long since those game came out, and I know I'm not the only one who wants to run through those games to refresh myself in time for that, and a rerelease is really the only way that will happen.

Man, I loved the SF games on the PSX. The PS2 one was a disaster, but I thought the PSX ones were great for what they were.

Original Syphon Filter was pure money to my teenage brain. I look at the modern Mission Impossible movies and all the fun they're having with Ethan and gadgets and pew pew across the globe and I just think... why the fuck aren't sony paying some AAA team to make a glorious Syphon Filter reboot that is basically a love letter to Mission Impossible in the same way Uncharted is a love letter to Indiana Jones.

Also I wish they'd just hurry up and fire the idiot that runs Polyphony so they at least have some hope of becoming relevant again.
