Yeah but with custom teams, say you might get Bayern Munich and Jamin would get Accrington Stanley but then you would get millions to spend and Jamin would get 1mil and you pick players, but then at the same time if a player gets injured he misses the rest of that half of the season etc, it's about building a squad and managing it.
