I think its quite a tight balance along the bottom half of the league, hence the fairly tight gap between the quality of the team.

 

Potential of have someone like West Brom is far better than you usually get.

Like how will people be allocated a budget?

When I fire up the new thread, within it will be a spreadsheet with all the budgets.player values etc.

I'll calculate all the budgets once team picking is done, I maybe struggling to get it done and issued this afternoon if picking isn't boxed off by 13:00.
