They said you should wait 24 hours when I spoke to them but frankly I think they just said that because they had no idea about digital codes, so I'm not sure they even did anything to kick off the email sent to me, but if you're concerned give them a call. Damn sight better than CDKeys who took my money, ignored my enquiry about lack of code for 6 days, then sent an email saying I'll be refunded in 5-10 days. Never again.
