Ah, an innovative approach by Sega to make Sonic four inches tall, the size of an actual hedgehog.

It's just utter garbage. The whole thing.

Most of that looks like a really shit special stage from another Sonic game and they've just gone, "yeah, make that the actual game."

A first look at gameplay of Sonic Forces' Episode Shadow add-on! A prequel to the main storyline of Sonic Forces, this add-on content explores Shadow's allegiance, the fate of Team Dark, and the origin of the mysterious villain, Infinite.

SONIC TEAM: We're making a new Sonic game, it will have blown up cities, Shadow the Hedgehog and a new edgy antagonist, just like Sonic 06!

SEGA: Can you at least put some effort in this time?

SONIC TEAM: No.

Between this and MvCI what's with this trend of games having worse graphics than ten years ago?

It's probably just Sonic Team* and Capcom being incompetent rather than it being a treand.

*I specifically say Sonic Team instead of Sega because the Yakuza team keeps kicking ass

You know you really got that Sonic design down when you have to put multiple speedboosters on downhill slopes to make Sonic go fast.

Sonic goes down a hill and hits a speedbooster. He hits a steeper downward slope and SLOWS DOWN. Then he falls off a ledge and hits TWO MORE speedboosters on a downward slope. Generations didn't do this kind of shit.
