On the back of the latest Retro Gamer feature on the history of Amiga Power.

 

I was wondering if anyone knew where to get an online/PDF copy of the infamous JFK mag (Issue 55 - November 1995) ?

Hey All

 

Does anyone have scans of Mean Machines Playstation? Think it may have ran for 7 issues. Can't seem to find any scans online anywhere.

I guess Mean Machines would work too, I'm looking to do early playstation on yesterzine but it's slim pickings.

I cant help with the magazines. But I have PDF manuals of a bunch of the first games  released on the PS1.

That's always helpful.

 

I did find a site with a bunch of summaries of early issues so I've got review scores and conclusions for the first few OUKPMs and that'll probably be enough to do an episode on, most likely, issue 2.  Tekken and MK3 are the top scorers so there's an interesting comparison to made about 2 vs 3d, and with their own series.

Related to mags - tenuously.

I have a load of PDFs of mags - RG off th old DVDs, and early Edge courtesy of deKay amongst others.

 

My laptop is dying and iffy battery, and phone Android screen too small.

But I have an old iPad -  but it's a bugger getting things across.

 

Anyone had any experience using one of these?

During the clear out that led me to find those AU scans, I also have found one of the issues of Club Nintendo that I think is missing from those done by @Lorfarius and hosted by @deKay. I'll get it scanned, it's in 'well thumbed' condition though!

Just had a cheap USB A4 scanner and set it to the highest possible quality.  Went for Bitmap over Jpeg.

Not as such but they pretty much published that themselves.

 

Issue 45 has pretty much every review in the "What Cart" section, which means only 46 and 47 are missing from that.
