Division rankings are factored into player values so it's in everyone's best interest to have minimal parity between teams too in future too!

RE: teams tonight, this is what I mean - Bleeders isn't online so none of the new guys can get into City so we'll have to slum it in in a Div 10 clubs which is a bit shit.
