I got a decent haul at the last one. Burnout 2 and The Thing on PS2 for £2 each. Megadrive Flashback, Vectorman and Golden Axe 2 in decent condition. Worth a look if you can make it!

Found myself with some free time on my hands earlier so decided to pop along.

Wasn't really expecting much but was impressed by the amount of stuff on sale, the pretty reasonable prices and the sheer number of sellers that were there.

Saw one game (Hyper Sentinel on which they were doing a high score challenge) game which immediately reminded me of Uridium (a cool C64 shooter) and it turned out it's by the same guys and is soon to launch on all major formats. That alone made my visit worthwhile :).

Few pic's just to give people an idea of the scale of the place / how busy it was:040.thumb.JPG.ade1c55d4d4ddf1e36c94315d2654b54.JPG041.thumb.JPG.daedb41da1703ef49de9eceeb2a42bd0.JPG034.thumb.JPG.db47596c04ea017e8686b68fa895c0af.JPG

Deffo worth a visit and I'll certainly go again if only to take a good look around.

Uridium was written by Andrew Braybrook who has nothing to do with this by the looks of things. This doesn't appear to be inspired by it, more of a compete rip off of it, even down to the ship graphics.

The publisher is the same guy I think, but I don't think he had anything to do with Uridium's creation back in the day.

Really good show this time round, some decent DS stuff for sale which makes a nice change. Incredible selection of Megadrive stuff too. Grabbed myself a copy of Gauntlet IV which I'd been after for ages.
