We actually got more SNES minis released today by game and amazon, somthing i thought that id never see.

 

Hopefully they ship a few million by xmas. 

 

£200+ for a nes mini is just too much.

Set mine up tonight and had a little play (no extra roms yet - don’t have access to a Windows PC other than my work one so will need to call in some favours).

 

Was there really always all that delay when pressing jump on Super Mario World?! I’ve not played it since back in the day and it’s going to take some getting used to.

It feels perfect to me, what setting on your tv are you using?

Do you know what? I bet you’re right. I’m using Game Mode for my Switch and PS4 Pro, but of course the SNES Mini is plugged into a never used before HDMI. I bet Game Mode isn’t enabled. Doh!

I definitely played this back in the day.

 

I've started building my megalopolis tonight :) 

 

come on sega, build a proper master system and mega drive ( with cd add on).

Pretty much all of them are games I enjoyed playing in the past, or have wanted to try out.  I doubt I'll get past a quick five minute bash of most of them, but its nice to have in such a convenient package

Gahhh, my HDMI switcher (Betron) doesn't like the SNES Mini. I actually once managed to get a picture for like a second... and if I switch off the console the 'SHUTTING DOWN' message will appear. But otherwise it doesn't seem to come through. If I plug straight into the TV it's all good.

 

Does anyone have any recommendations? 3 or 4 ports, please! Ideally not powered but maybe that's the problem so just 'definitely works with the SNES Mini' please.

 

Meanwhile, this hakchi thing is very smart isn't it.
