This month we have a lovely foil cover celebrating the making of Final Fantasy XII and the 30th anniversary of the series.

There's lots more too, including.

35 Years Of The C64

Ultimate Guide: The Ninja Warriors

Collecting Guide to 8-Bit Codemasters Games

Making Of Starcraft

Making Of Obsidian

Archives: Tronix Publishing

Licence To Thrill: Platoon

In The Chair: David Kelly

Minority Report: Mega Drive Modem

And loads more I can't remember, because I'm at home..

They have an ipad app don't they? Do these get issued to there? And can I download previous ones? ^_^ Fancy downloading a couple to take on my hols next month (don't generally read magazines though)

Yes, you can subscribe via the app and buy back issues. Alternatively you can use Readly (£7.99/month) which has RG, amongst other mags.

Incidentally there's a new digital deal to buy every single issue of Retro Gamer for around £48, which is pretty good value for money when you consider everything we've covered over the last 13 years.

Interesting, where is the deal available?

I've a few pages where the text seems out of alignment with the background too, leaving a sort of "hole" where the text was, while the text bleeds into the background colour instead.

Sounds like the colour registration is out. Are you a subscriber? Subscribers tend to get the copies from early in the print run where things like that can happen. Maybe worth having a moan at Future on Twitter?

I'm sure they'll sort it - I think strider had passed it on anyway. To be honest, I'm not fussed - just wanted to report it as a printing fault rather than demand retribution ;)
