I loved this. Watched the last 3 episodes over the past couple of days. The ending was a bit disappointing but I’ll forgive it.

What’s happened to season 2?

Season 2 is being made, though there's not much information. Jason Isaacs tweeted about finishing his shooting last month.

Watched the first two episodes and I'm only just about staying invested. Some of the writing is excellent but this kind of long-winded mystery box drama, which generally builds suspense nicely but massively disappoints with the payoff tends to frustrate me. Of course, it may subvert my expectations but I am finding it a bit plodding. Also it's not very bonkers (yet).

The scene with The OA and the teacher was class, and it's moments like that that are keeping me hopeful.

Am I the only one that chants the AO online electrical company jingle whenever she's on screen? Probably.

Bumpity-bump. Sorry, no news, just to say I've started watching this, randomly. I used to love Brit Marling and the gang's stuff, but this passed me by on release somehow.

Loved the first 2 eps, and I've read the thread so I know I'm in for strangeness and disappointment, but I get the sense that the ride will be worth it.

It's fantastic! Up until it's cancelled on the biggest cliffhanger in history. For that reason alone, don't watch it.

Meh, Eerie Indiana did that cliffhanger as an episode intro AND concluded it within the same episode.

That doesn't negate my point at all Festy.

Not the biggest cliffhanger in history though, surely?

That'd be a good topic actually. I remember Alphas had a good one.

Season 1 done. I’m really enjoying it so far. Sure, it would be easy to make fun of, heavy on the California, new age type stuff, both the writing and acting can be clumsy at times. But if you decide to just go with it, there’s some good lo-fi sci-fi being built.

Some have suggested I should stop here, but I’m going to push on. I want to know. I’ll need at least five people. There’s somewhere I have to go.
