Yeah, nah. It was her birthday present, and we've collected a bunch of Halloween stuff, so she defo wouldn't want to start again from scratch.

 

I'm just going to content myself with designing heavy metal tshirts instead.

I've been using an App (ACNH Life) to track a few collections such as fossils, art etc and added in my recipe cards when I was bored one day and fed up of checking in game.  It says there are 624 currently in the game, i've got 550 of those and most of the remainder a future season stuff.  Other stuff I am missing is almost all crowns and wreaths so I suspect I havent got the right villager types for some of those to appear at the moment.

I think the sound off thing is almost certainly it.  I sometimes play with the sound off and it makes a massive difference in terms of how many balloons I notice

Man, you're 61 recipes ahead of me, that's wild. I didn't think there would be that many more to get.

I was looking at this earlier and it seems the wreaths come from any villager type.

I wasn't actually aware different recipes came from different personalities until I saw this, I thought it was just reactions. My island has been lacking snooty and preppy personalities... I'm all smug, crank and lazy (nobody say nuthin)

So obviously I popped a balloon and I got...a Mush Log. Happy to send it back or on if anyone needs it. :doh:

Seeing the moon at the top of the page reminded me I need to raise my Celeste game, so I headed to Tet's island and...it's gone 5am where he is and Celeste is gone. Mike S showed up too. :lol:

 

Anyway, I got back to my island and...Celeste is here. I've opened up if @Mike S or anybody else wishes to roll by. I just got the Astronaut Suit DIY.
