When I play my brother I just tell him I'll be back in 5, stick it on pause a few times and we're sorted.  Not ideal I know, but keen to practice against some decent opposition.

Awesome cheers for the heads up and offer! Let's see how Nakamura is feeling tomorrow. Will have to move some timings around, but if everyone is cool with that then that sounds good to me
