Not so much this year, he pretty much has the same team as his last run but you have to admit, watching the Bucs last year was entertaining!

He is an incredible player. Just phenomenal. Watching him play is always great. I just think he's a dreadful person. Got nothing against the Bucs as a team at all, except that they were playing against the team I support.

Wow, I was not expecting the Cowboys to play that well against the Bucs, especially since the Bucs have the same starting line-up as they did when they won the Superbowl.

As a Cowboys fan, this bodes well for the season, though I'm sure they'll find a way to fuck everything up as usual. A 5 game suspension for La'el Collins, for example...

We’ve lost our starting left tackle, which is an issue. Nick Chubb with a rare fumble too. 22-20 now.

The Browns threw away the game, and that stupid last play by Mayfield is the reason why he will never be an elite QB.

In other news, my Titans completely sucked, and the o-line looked like they had never even met each other, never mind played and practiced together for 3 years.

Yes, agreed. On the one hand it's positive because we went up against the Chiefs and they didn't beat us as much as we beat ourselves. But, it's still a loss. I think Mayfield was trying to throw it away on that last pass and got clipped/slipped as he did. He's certainly no Mahomes/Brady kind of talent but thankfully we've got a superb run game and some great receivers. Still reckon we might get into the playoffs.

Really surprised by a few results yesterday. Titans, like you say - I have them penned for the AFC South this season, so hopefully it was just a blip. And @Spleen yeah - reckon the Cards are amazing offensively. Really exciting to watch! The NFC West is going to be a really competitive division this season.

Yes, really positive start and plenty to be excited about. The running game was a no-show but that’s not a big surprise against the Bucs.

Surely Collins’ ban will be overturned. It’s unprecedented to ban a player for just missing tests (4% missed over 18 months apparently).

Gallup out for a few weeks though which isn’t great.

In other news, my Cardinals didn't suck, at all.

They're d-line with Watt and Jones has a formidable pass rush.

As for the Titan, the offensive coordinator whose credited with resurrecting Tannehill left iirc. I haven't seen the game but that's probably part of it.

Some great games this week, especially for opening day.

Well the Seahawks looked just like the Seahawks should in our opening game, and we just watched the Saints completely destroy the Pack in Jacksonville due to the storms in NO so the wife is happy to. Rogers was absolutely no where, mind you his receivers weren’t helping.

But most important of all, football’s back :)

Some crazy games this week and even though the officials tried so desperately hard to hand the game to the Seahawks, my Titans pulled off an miraculous comeback to win in OT.

The Chiefs really blew it against the Ravens and I am happy to see Carson Wentz is still made out of glass.

Yeah, that was bizarre. He's said the clock he was looking at just went black, but I'm sure that wasn't the only clock he could have used. Also, Kellen Moore has said that someone was standing in front of the clock hewas watching, which sounds equally bad as an excuse.

I read a couple of articles that pointed out the thinking that might have been going on. He was worried that the Cowboys would take a timeout and get penalised for something stupid at the next down. Would have only taken a false start or something similar, back 5 yards and then you're screwed.

Who would have thought Josh Allen would become this good when he was drafted.

Amazing, isn't it? I remember being absolutely horrified when it was rumoured the Browns were going to take him instead of Mayfield. Fair play to him, too - his first year was a bit shaky, but he's gone and turned himself into the Bills' new-era Jim Kelly.

The Chiefs are just a (depressing) Browns second-half implosion away from being 0-3 right now.
