Nope it's a horrendous fucking bug that's be driving me up the wall the last few days. Wasn't like this day 1 before the patch.

 

It's actually sub-30 I think - so much so that I've been getting motion sickness playing multiplayer. So frustrating.

I turned RT off and it’s silky smooth now, should it be 60 with RT!?

Strange all these XBox crashes.  I'm on a base launch PS4 and it hasn't crashed once on me.

 

It's great that Treyarch came out with Nuketown early (it was meant to come Dec 10th).  Best map for levelling up your weapons and when you get the war machine, it's pretty epic.  Hoping they can regularly and quickly re-release old maps like Summit, Jungle, Firing Range etc alongside new ones as all this game needs is content.

4k + Ray tracing is causing the crashes on ps5 and series x.

Had no issues with this until about an hour ago when I went on multi and its horrible today. Is it working smoothly for anyone else or is it a server side thing?(on series x)

 

Very low framerate

 

Turned off raytracing and tried again and its the same, went to 1080p 120z mode and no different. I'll try again later and see if its improved

I played am hour or so of Nuke Town this afternoon and I must have been possessed by a teenager or something as my kill count was more than double my death count nearly every game. Perhaps that's usual on that map but it's normally the opposite for me generally as I'm not the best. :lol:

I started a game on my SX earlier and immediately it was obviously in 30 fps for no reason. I finished the match (Because I'm not an animal) and restarted the entire game at which point it started running properly again. Jesus Activision. Get your shit together.

Nuketown 84 is glorious insane fun. From the idiots every round camping in the same windows, to randomly spawning on the opponents side or catching three people at once with a stun grenade followed by a frag.

 

A delightful tiny slice of mayhem. I really like playing dominion there especially.  Also the 120fps mode is very welcome indeed.

I love Nuketown and this incarnation is great, it’s one of those levels I could play for ever really - I’ve only played a few of the new maps and I defi wouldn’t want to play them forever...

Nuketown is great

 

playing on XSX, have an issue where the audio in the game is muted when I restart the console and go straight to this. Only in the game, hit the Xbox button and you get the noises for your key presses. Only fix is a restart.

 

another issue, again when turning the console back on. Is that it won’t connect, need to launch another game then go back to this to get it to connect.

Playing this on PS5. Liking the haptic trigger feedback and I’m enjoying the game itself. I’ve yet to see a map that rivals the unbridled horror that is Piccadilly.
 

9 maps is admittedly a bit tight, but honestly, I’d take 9 that are fun to play than 15 where you have a bunch of duffers.

Yep I'm so annoyed to the point I kinda want a refund!

 

I know it's a bit reactionary but I bought it at the start of 10 days off and the last 3-4 days I've given up cause it's running at what feels 25fps at times.

 

I'm so frustrated by it! This was meant to be my lockdown saviour (nothing is really open in Berlin) and I spunked €75 on this game but it's unplayable at the moment.

 

So disappointed!

What i don’t get is the first time I played the campaign it was silky smooth 60fps with RT and I did a few missions fine until the first crash, last time I tried the campaign it felt like it was struggling to hit 30fps and after a few quits it was better but not as good as the first time I played!

 

MP seems fine with RT off so I’ve been playing lots of Nuketown but I would like to actually play the campaign as it seems very good and I generally don’t bother with them so typical the time I do it’s flaky as fuck :(

Same here! First few days was impressive! Silky smooth as you say.

 

It seems to have been that 14gb patch that's caused it for me.
