For work, I’ve been doing a few Friday quizzes (mostly music based, posted a couple in the music forum) and last week branched out into a movie based one. Unfortunately I made it way too easy and the first two posters got all of the answers between them, meaning that the quiz itself lasted less time than it took me to put it together. :D So, recycling here to maybe wring a few more minutes of value/enjoyment out of it.

Simple premise - identify the 26 films beginning with each letter of the alphabet.

Only one I've got no idea about is K.

I haven't seen E, M, Q or S either (I know, I'm a wuss!) but I'm pretty confident of all of them:

It was a great quiz, but not too taxing. Probably because you picked really iconic moments from films.

Which definitely makes for something more entertaining, but a bit easier.

How the heck did you get M without seeing it?!

Cool quiz! I got 20.

I'm going to steal this for one of my work quizzes if that's alright?

Absolutely - no problem at all.

I’m planning another one for this week, and after the results both in here (to be expected) and at work (rather less so) with this one, I’ll definitely be ramping it up a bit in terms of difficulty. Will post the new one in here later in the week.

I'm too much of a wuss to have seen any of that director's most famous films, but I've read about them and I know that that film is about

Spoiler

films and reality and dreams getting mixed up together, so a shot zooming inside a camera seemed likely to come from there.

Also the intense colours of that shot made me think of that film's poster - though having looked at the poster again just now, the poster/DVD cover is nothing like the colour scheme in that shot!

Probably a good thing, seeing as M contains perhaps the best jump scare in cinema history.

Attempt number 2 - hopefully a little more challenging, but still with some relatively easy ones in there so as not to completely exclude the non-film-buffs in my workplace :)

Enjoyable, but can you please post the answers so me and the missus can see who won!
