I'm in, probably only to lose interest a couple of months in when I forget to sort my team out a couple of weeks on the bounce. Hopefully working from home will keep me engaged.

 

I've gone for Aguero up top, but I'm not entirely convinced he'll play much this season. I might swap him out for Werner, and then regret it when Aguero scores a hattrick like he always does when I take him out of my team.

finding it really tough to pick a team I like - even more so than usual

 

all the old faithful point scorers are now really pricey and hard to fit many of them in, then you've got who is in quarantine, who not started training yet etc and a late start for a couple of teams, its tough.

It means you'll get no points from them, get them changed pronto. The missing fixtures will double up in a future game week, so keep an eye on when they're rescheduled because players from those teams will accrue points for both games that week.

Blimey.... just seen that I’m leading the league at the moment!  That’s unexpected.

 

I was just going to save my transfer this week but now feel the pressure to do something to try to maintain my good start :unsure:

 

I’m considering Vardy to Martial, as feels like I just got lucky with Vardy getting a couple of penalties - sounds like he didn’t play all that well otherwise.

I've got Kevin too but I don't think it's a problem. I am fairly certain that there was a "match week" where Liverpool played two matches as the app showed both team opponents, and so effectively, that week you were getting double points for a player (despite having 0 points for them another week). We did the triple captain for Salah that week, and got a fuckton of points as you're doing a little multiplier there. VIDEOGAME KNOWLEDGE!

 

So I'm hoping we get that for Kevin at some point. 

 

We had a slightly frustrating week in that players we had last season, but don't now, did really well, but as the wife said, it's literally the first few games, it's too soon to start second guessing our buying decisions now.

I should have listened to your wife. :D

 

Dropped Son, Mitrovic and Antonio with my wildcard. :lol:
