From Edge's E3 issue

'Team ninja has developed a revolutionary new xbox live compatible feature within Ninja gaiden...It's nothing like any gamer has experienced in an action game before'

Hmm.

There's also gonna be downloadable content.

Blimey...Its a bit good.

Ive left work early just to give it a go.

Just got my first 100 combo with that flail thingy. Very satisfying.

The combat really does remind me of Onimusha only that much better due to the controls. Other than that its basically PoP with Ninja`s.

Which is no bad thing at all

Time to place my order on DVDBO me thinks.

don't know what level it is, you fight other ninja type guys, and a big boss with nunchuks (and a couple of bats if you can be arsed slashing at them)

edit: duhhh, the big 'chapter 1' title probably should've given me a hint that it was the first level :D

The game is widescreen, right? Good use of 5.1 sound?

Remember demo's are never as good as the full game, so bearing that in mind this is looking positive, yes? Yay!

There's an option in the menu to change the screen mode but you can't change it in the demo. There must be a widescreen mode.

I thought the demo was ripped from a special edition Japanese OXB magazine, that featured only Ninja Gaiden? Maybe not...should have it by monday anyway.

I believe the online thing may be coop by the way, which would be super-uber-ace.

Yeah they've already announced it. Itll be a challenge mode with an online scoreboard and it sounds a lot like those challenges that Sonic Adventure had <_<

Come on guys, any more details for those of use without chipped Xboxes? I want to know all about this game.

What kind of enemies do you fight? The previews seem to show a disconcerting amount of demon-like creatures instead of human bad guys with nice soft heads.

Is there any complexity to the combat or is it really just "button bashing"?
