Doesn't this one have the dubious honour of being one of the worst games ever made? Or at least, maybe the second worst on the N64?

I know it's certainly one of the worst I've ever experienced. Not played. Suffered.

I like the environmental interaction/physics, great for puzzles and destruction. Repairing the bridge after demolishing it is a nice touch.

Makes me think Lego game seeing it.

Makes me think there'll be about 20 of them during the game runtime and it's just a canned anim captured from a physics simulation each time.

I think Harry Potter Battlefield type destruction would be expulsion from Hogwarts.

I fancy a lot of that is animation and not physics. Gives the same impression though.

Deciding to buy this game is like continuing to support a bakery that won’t make cakes for gay weddings because you love their Victoria sponge. You are absolutely free to make that choice, but when someone from the group who are being persecuted tells you that that is wrong, no amount of mental gymnastics or “well actually” is going to change the fact that you are choosing your own entertainment over caring about the rights of people whose lives are being made miserable and difficult. You can bring up all the unethical buying habits in other unrelated areas that you want to, but they’re completely irrelevant to this particular discussion. You are choosing to financially support a campaign of repression lead by an individual and if that makes you feel uncomfortable and you care about those people, you should be looking that fact straight in the eye and feeling that discomfort, not trying to come up with excuses about other people being wrong because they once bought a tub of nesquik.

It doesn't matter because people don't care.

They care about how they feel, their enjoyment, and what fulfills them.

I head on the radio someone saying that they felt awful about the whole thing, and they didn't agree with JK. It/she was bad, bad, bad. So they wouldn't buy the game...new! They would only buy it second hand so she didn't get any money. Entirely missing the point.

People don't care, man. They get their kicks or their fun and that's all that really matters to them. It is sad. It is wrong. It is true.

The game looks pretty but the voice acting sounds like it’s sub porno level and its going to ruin the game for me based on the clips I have seen.

Sounds decent, might buy now actually.

I had a ding dong with someone on a discord yesterday. He kept saying "she's committed no actual crimes". I left him ranting about the Saudis because life is way too short to try and argue against that.

Knowing my luck he's in this thread.

And people didn't care about abolishing slavery, or equality for women, or civil rights, or gay rights, or or or...

And in all those cases, if the people who DID care had just accepted that the majority didn't, and just stopped going on about it, nothing would have changed.

But instead they chipped away, little by little, a person at a time, until in each case they eventually got to the point where a critical mass now cared, and then things changed for the better.

So by all means keep banging the "nobody cares so you might as well give up" drum, but be aware that you're on the wrong side of history when you do.

Meanwhile those of us who do care will keep going on about it. Suck it up!

I'm absolutely not saying "nobody cares so give up" I'm outlining a reality.

There's a lot going on in the world and I'm glad there are people fighting for important causes.

Yes you're right. I have further helped your cause and you feel better for it. Doing it for the feels. Feels better to be smart

See, it's recursive.
