The Game Collection have always been spot on for deliveries, but I think Royal Mail are causing a lot of issues. FIFA was despatched on the Wednesday before launch, but I didn't actually receive that copy for the best part of 3 weeks.


Fair play to them though, they refunded me after 2 weeks and just requested I sent it back to them if/when I received it.

I've sold a load of stuff on eBay over the last couple of weeks and loads of it has been hit with delays, think they must be struggling with the lockdown and increased mail.

Has anyone else not had anything further from Argos re delivery? Some of you seem to have already been given DPD tracking numbers. Not had anything yet. 
 

Dualsense and Demon Souls arrived today though and got the LG48CX set up on Friday. Exciting times!

If your mobile number isn't on your Argos account you won't get any message, I don't think.

Yeah mine's like that, maybe get onto support as I had a text last weekend with a DPD ref and a text on Friday confirming it'll be coming via DPD and the ref will be able to used on the day to track.

My series x preorder never changed from the sit tight status until the day after I received it. 

 

I never received any tracking info either and had to contact customer 5 times to get a number. 

 

But it did arrive on the day as did an Oculus Quest 2 preorder recently.

With my Series X order I never got any dispatch emails, or texts with tracking details and the order turned up on release day afternoon. Do not lose hope that it will not turn up, it may just be a surprise when it does.
