Smyth's have opted out of Stockinformer alerts. It states that on their site.

That's at least two real people who got one using that server. You've got to be prepared to go immediately though, Smyths sold out in about 2 minutes when I got mine. If you haven't got an account set up, you'll probably be too slow.

Looks like there may be some sick today. GAME have reduced their number off bundles and changed their page to say payments will be taken from tomorrow. 
 

I’m not in any rush, so won’t be buying bundles I don’t want and paying their £10-20 delivery, but might be worth setting up/updating accounts with payment info, if others are interested.

Having followed this stock debacle for a few days now, the word on the street is stock is due to 'drop' tomorrow at a number of retailers.

 

I would note that it's probably about as likely as it has been since Monday, as in not a fucking lot. So yeah, good luck all.

 

My guts will drop, but ps5 stock? Fucked if I know.

Kind of with they'd just keep millions of them back and flood the market in one go to fuck the bastards. I'd happily wait till the summer if they did that. After all GT won't be out by then or any time soon.

It's an absolute shambles. I do hope there is a massive stock drop across multiple retailers so that the scalpers get proper fucking burned. Scalpers are just cunts.

 

I do think it highlights a wider societal problem with the constant glorification of celebrity scalpers. Drew Pritchard, Richard Rawlings, Mike Brewer to name but a few on my radar. Not necessarily adding much value to anything but driven by fuck tons of greed and certainly profiteering excessively from it.

even if there was massive amounts of stock the scalpers would just sell at near cost so wouldnt lose much. Certainly nowhere as much as they made

IFGO - says a preorder for 26th Feb delivery ! 

 

Dunno how, didn't see a queue - sat in a queue at 9am to login as everybody expected a drop, then left it on the bundle page.

 

Clicked on a bundle at 955 on the off chance and it took me thru to checkout with no wait time, think I still had the 60m window from the previous queue at 9am.

 

Went for a crappy bundle as better chance of getting one, so got the Digital only with an extra controller and some gameware tat to stick in a drawer

 

Been on the Retro Alpha Wolf twitch for last day or so as a useful resource to follow the chat - oddly their stock warning didn't trigger though so getting a bit salty in there now.

This, that escalated rather quickly. Sat in a queue for a bundle on my phone and laptop, see which one comes through first....
