Forget that, hop into discord and twitter and follow stock trackers with notifications and sounds enabled.

Also, https://www.stockinformer.co.uk/ has helped others. Join their discord for alerts, but be sure to read the channels - you have to click on some icons to get notifications sent, and they don't track all retailers.

I had alert from stock informer when I was able to get one from Amazon.

Also received the one earlier today for some reason, thought it'd turned it off.

I think I got one this morning from Studio. Dodgiest website around, felt like they were harvesting my details at every page; of course I’ve got to pay and they’ve got to deliver but still...you know :)

 

Looks like there are a lot of them around today!

I back ordered a dualsense charger but found one elsewhere and so cancelled the Shopto one. They didn’t give me my money back until I emailed them a week later and the order itself once cancelled wasn’t even visible on my account.

AO just had a big drop - thiiiink I've managed to get a disc version, but had to get the bundle with Miles Morales and an extra controller so feel like I got a bit shafted.

 

Worth refreshing the page as the digital bundle is still available to add to basket (although going through to checkout is buggy).

Miles is great (but can be had cheap) and the battery life in the controller is shocking, so having a spare is very helpful.

Yep, they've taken the money. There was a disclaimer on the product page which described the situation you've got above; they'll only actually refund you if you raise a help desk ticket :wacko:

 

My order has made its way to the warehouse apparently so I'm now  getting excited. I daresay that this level of tense, dramatic entertainment will not be matched by an actual game on the machine for some time.

Drops are coming thick and fast now it seems. I could have had another from Amazon yesterday.

 

Hopefully a sign that everyone who wants one should be able to get one with a little effort soon.

 

I have to say, the PS5 really feels like a new console compared to the Series S which feels more like an upgrade. The different pad with all its tricks, different UI and Astro just make that initial time with the machine feel a bit special.
