Everdrives!

I’m pretty much covered for Everdrives now, I got a GB X3 and GBA X5 last year and an N8 Pro the year before.

My SD2SNES is the older version but plays everything and my ED64 is the older v3.0, but that’s equivalent to the current X7.

You can see the Nintendo theme. I use MiSTer for everything else.

My tracking number doesn't seem to work. RM are saying that tracking isn't available for my parcel.

Did yours arrive yet?

My tracking is still stuck at "Fees paid. Updating shipment soon!" which is all it's said since they left me with a sore bottom on Friday night.

Nothing yet. My tracking from the Ukrainian tracking service ends at "Item has been processed outward office of exchange and already in transit to destination country" on the 29th of November but Royal Mail says that there's no tracking available for it on their end. I'm on hold with them now to try and find out what's going on.

Edit: Royal Mail are saying that it hasn't even landed in the country and that they would've expected it to land by the 7th of December. Not looking good.

Anything exporting/importing is taking 2, 3, 4 times longer than usual - 'rona plus Christmas. That black hole when it's apparently left the country it's coming from but hasn't yet reached its destination-nation is... not good, for people who get a bit obsessive about checking tracking.

Nothing I've had sent has gone missing in the past year or so, it's just taken longer and longer each time to show up. Had a couple of camera lenses from Ukraine earlier in the year that took about three weeks apiece, and that was before busy season. So don't lose hope. Yet.

Some good news this morning- the Ukrainian tracking service has picked up my ED64 passing through the UK's postal network yesterday, closing that gap. Hopefully it'll be here in time for Christmas.

Edit: Gaaaaaah. Here comes the shakedown again.

ED64 turned up today! The jiffy bag it was sent in was completely opened but everything is there. Royal Mail lied about attempting delivery on the 16th, which I only found out about after phoning them up. Luckily I seem to have avoided customs fees this time.

What the actual fuck. I don't know if I'm missing something, but would that be the same Terraonion that relocated from Spain to Andorra a couple of years back in order to avoid taxes, insulting krikzz for moving from Ukraine to Spain in order to avoid war? Because blimey.

I took as Terribleonion accusing Krikzz of being a hypocrite for heading to a “socialist” country* despite allegedly having a cool €500k in assets. That’s despite Spain allowing Ukrainian refugees to settle and work via the EU Temporary Protection Directive.

* Spain currently has a centre-left government.

You can tell Terraonion are douchebags by the eyewatering amounts they charge for their products. See also Retrosix. I understand people need to earn a living but there is earning a living and there is taking the piss!
