+1 for joining the MUK club and filtering any leaderboard by club. It's actually fun to try to get to the top of the MUK leaderboard on PR stunts and speed zones as you're not competing against hackers.

Also if anyone wants some easy money, there are some recent weekly reward cars that are selling for 20 million in the auction house, if you wait a while they'll turn up again as rewards or in the forzathon shop.

I sold the Honda Civic Coupé, Ferrari 599 GTO and the Aventador SVJ for 20 million each, hadn't used them at all since winning them.

Awesome, just sold my Ferrari 599 GTO and the Aventador SVJ for 20 million each within a minute of listing them.  Dont seem to have the Honda Civic Coupé, can you remember how that one is unlocked?

Stupid Trial is really annoying me this week, have failed it quite a few times now, I'm not great on a couple of the courses in it but most of my 'teammates' could do with being fired into the sun 🤬

Did all of Spring last night other than the Trial and the dailies that aren't open yet. Championships seemed like the easiest ones for ages, blasted through all of them with stock cars and no issues.

Looks like I might actually be in line to get the min/ max chievo as have completed all the seasons so far in this series 😀

Big update for this yesterday, adding a new stunt park in the stadium amongst other things:

Spoiler
  • World evolutions. The Horizon Rush Festival Site has been redesigned to celebrate all things PR Stunt, and is more colorful and vibrant than ever. These decorations also extend to every PR Stunt on the Forza Horizon 5 map. The world is changing in numerous ways, including:
  • A huge stunt park installed in El Estadio, or Forza Horizon 5's massive stadium
  • 16 brand-new PR Stunts, with four Trailblazers, Danger Signs, Speed Traps, and Speed Zones being added to the map
  • Some of these PR Stunts are temporary for Series 5, but others are permanent additions to the map
  • Unique Accolades and challenges related to the world changes and the stunt park
  • Festival Playlist additions. The Festival Playlist is getting a new series of challenges and events, most of which focus on PR Stunts. Players will be able to participate in new EventLab highlights, PR Stunt challenges, Treasure Hunts, Smashable Challenges, The Trials, and even a new Seasonal Special event that lets players race the ridiculous parade float across the map.
  • New cosmetics and rewards. The Festival Playlist also features plenty of new rewards for players, like Vanity Items representing the various PR Stunts, exclusive Piñata Outfits, Car Horns, and more.
  • EventLab additions. The EventLab is continuing to improve, with Playground Games adding a ton of new props and items. From now on, any time Playground Games adds new props for the Festival Playlist, they'll immediately become available within EventLab.
  • Festival Playlist cars. Playground Games is adding five new cars to Forza Horizon 5 that can be exclusively earned through the Festival Playlist, including a brand-new Forza Edition vehicle. The cars include:
    • 1965 Mini Cooper S Forza Edition
    • 2018 KTM X-Bow GTR
    • 2019 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro
    • 2010 Noble M600
    • 2020 Nissan GT-R Nismo (R35)
  • Car Pass cars. Playground Games also revealed the next series of cars coming through the Forza Horizon 5 Car Pass DLC, including:
    • 1986 Ford Mustang SVO
    • 2020 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro
    • 2004 Noble M400
    • 2017 Ferrari 488 Challenge #25 Corse Clienti
  • Accessibility features. The Series 5 update brings accessibility enhancements, including support for ASL and BSL in Forza Horizon 5.
  • Bug fixes. Playground Games is fixing a ton of new bugs, including issues affecting the Photo Mode, Horizon Open, Festival Playlist challenges, the Livery Editor, and more
  • Past Festival Playlist challenges that were bugged will be retroactively completed for players
  • Players will also receive all the points and rewards for those bugged Festival Playlist challenges

Unfortunately I didn't bother finishing off a couple of the seasons after getting hit by bugs (treasure hunt and complete a story event ones IIRC) so looks like I wont be getting much out of this 😢

The "Auto-complete broken Festival Playlist challenges from Series 1 and 2" fix seems like it just fixes the issue in terms of season/ series completion.  For example there is an Accolade for completing a story mode event in horizon festival but that is still showing as not done for me even though I did do it.

Last night I did get the "Most Iconic Trio" accolade pop so that fix has worked for me.

  • 3 weeks later...

Managed to do the trial on I think my 3rd try earlier. In my '65 Mini which was pretty pants for top speed and I was getting easily overtaken down the straighter sections, but when it got to the corners I'd fly back past again 8-)

A couple of nice McLaren added to the fleet now today with a 620R off the car pass and 765LT from the festival playlist prize.

What is the easiest and fastest way of making money in this game? I just started playing, but the car I want isnt sold in the main shop, I think it must be rare or something as it only shows up in the marketplace, but it is 20 million credits. I have like, 2 million.

Bit cheaty and rather wasteful for using electricity, but easiest way might be just letting the game play itself

If you go the big whopper Goliath road circuit track and set up a blueprint race event for 50 laps. Pre race go into the difficulty settings where you can switch them to have auto steering, assisted braking and auto transmission, traction/stability control on. Then start the race and pop an elastic band round your controller so it holds the accellerator trigger down. I think you also need to plug your controller in to the console with usb cable so it doesn't go to sleep from inactivity and pause the game. Knock off controller rumble so it's not sat there vibrating away. Come back in about 9 hours.

I did it once for a 3 lap run a couple months back when there was a weekly festival challenge to drive some shitty old 1930's Bentley for 100 miles and I couldn't be arsed with that. So I set the 3 lap race up and let it go at it by itself. Mine did fuck up and end falling off the road and stuck under a bridge of another road below though and I had to steer it back on track. It was tuned to S1 though and handled like shit and I don't remember if I put traction/stabillity on. Should go better with a nice safer decent handling car.

I don't remember how much I got in credits either. Maybe give it a trial run with a 5-10 lap race to see if it works ok first.

Like this pretty much...
