It was (iirc) an exclusive prize for one of the weekly festival events. So outside of that I don’t think you can get it. If you click on it in the car collection screen though (on x box it’s the a button, y prompts you to buy it if you can) it’ll tell you what the sources are.

Another good way to make money is to look at the prizes and Forzathon shop covers from upcoming weeks. This will allow you to auction some of your collection knowing that you will be able to win/buy it back later that month.

The event lab this week is awful again, the real trial each week. You need rewind turned on, but I suppose it makes a change from the usual format of these things, where you have right angle turns galore, going around most of the course in first gear is apparently fun for some reason.

Is the auction house the only way to sell cars in this? I have a few duplicates in my garage and was hoping there was a 'quick sell' option, even if it is for less money. That and the two I tried to sell already for cheap didn't sell. Could do with earning some more credits.

you can sell duplicates when you earn them, otherwise I think you have to send them to the auction house.

 

here's a tip from FH4, just go and download any popular livery for the car you want to sell and list it, for some reason it sells easier. there was a van you could get some minecraft livery for that would sell almost instantly even at a mark up. I've no idea why.

Most cars aren't really worth selling, look up what (hopefully) rare cars are coming up as prizes in the following weeks and if you've already got them, sell those cars. Generally worth looking up what cars are selling for, you may have a car you never use worth £20 million sitting in your inventory, it'll come back as a giveaway car eventually, even if you miss it, that'll tank the auction house price so you can buy it back cheaper if you do want it again in future.

 

Go to the auction house and choose advance search and make the minimum price more than £10million and see which cars show up.

I’m just finding it hard to get excited about. They really should have introduced motorcycles or something rather than repeat Hot Wheels.

I'd imagine that they've split the content across the game update (assets that anyone could see regardless of whether they own Hot Wheels or not?) and the DLC update (assets that you'd only see going to the Hot Wheels map?). Either way, it's close to 25GB total.

You're right, I started the game got the hot wheels information and drove to the start point where it took me to another 11gb download.

Loaded up the game and got the invitation to go to the Hot Wheels event. Hang on, I thought,did I miss that Game Pass subscribers get this for free? Sadly not. As soon as you enter it offers you the option to buy it. Kind of tantalising but I've still got lots to do in the base game. I'll see how it goes.

Bought dlc, downloaded update, launch game and drive to hot wheels....need to download DLC. Annoying timing with their update!

 

Wanted to play a little over lunch but no worries. Hearing great things about the dlc so looking forward to it. Never got to try the FH3 version as it got removed from sale, but hearing this one is way better anyway. My 10 year old is very excited!

Yeah, I don't understand why they keep choosing such crap, make me wonder if there are any good eventlabs out there at all.

 

The ones in the super 7 are also awful though that's less prominent and needs more of them so I doubt they put much effort at all into selecting them.  Getting a run of "drive 200m in a straight line" type events sure does put the super into super7 !!!

I re-gift pretty much all the gift cars that I bother to collect.  They are almost always just trash anyway, oh great another dodge hellcat or jeep 😂

Do you have the car pass? There's some bug where you get given all the cars from that but can't actually drive them unless you've paid.
