God of War Ragnarok

Read that a reviewer from IGN Korea who gave this a 6/10 has received a death threat.

Are we close to seeing a modern take on Death Wish, where instead of having his family assaulted and left for dead, the protagonist has several games he hasn't played yet rated lower than he would ideally like to see and uses this as fuel to hunt and dispatch his quarry.

Well, it's going to be an awfully long time before I'll get to play this (and I'm just assuming it'll come to PC eventually), so watching a little bit of the intro section on youtube.

Man it's exceptionally well done.

God-speed to you all!

Edit: Shit! the option is broken? nooooooo

Just you. We decided that we want to make you suffer. I’ve put in a suggestion to constantly email you with updates to the thread.

I’ve not had a reply yet, but I’m hopeful.

Good move. The heavily pro-Trump politics that this game is rife with is not something that you want to have spoiled.

Branding the Blades of Chaos with the Burger King logo was a bit of a misstep, in my opinion.

Eeeeh, that's better than everyone wearing those red "Make Asgard Great Again" hats.

Phil Spencer is best mates with my Nephew’s Cousin’s Auntie’s Dad.

Microsoft Reward Points innit. Free AAA PlayStation game just for playing Xbox for a few months. 🤣 Phil will hopefully be buying me the new Zelda too. Lovely bloke!

You can only get MS credit with it can’t you, unless I’m missing something?

Keep ducking out of Horizon Forbidden West (bought at launch, only recently got stuck in, love it, like I did the first) to check on the countdown timer. Getting close.

Got a few ice cold Peroni to open around 11pm. Exciting.

You can use them to buy loads of stuff from food to clothes to doing your big shop at Tesco. 😁 Currently can use them to get Amazon vouchers too. How are you playing on Xbox but ya don’t know about the Rewards?

You are so fucking weird.

😂🤣😂🤣

Tell ya what is fucking weird......Microsoft paying for Sony and Nintendo’s AAA games for me. Gamepass is generous enough but they’ve really outdone themselves with this.

I’ve got Friday off. And *no time to play this*.

Why is this releasing on a Wednesday?!

Games should release on a Friday. Bunging it out on a Tuesday or Wednesday is just mental. Give me a weekend to dig in rather than snatching a couple of hours bleary eyed after work.

The exception to this is live service games - release them on a Tuesday so hopefully the servers are working come the weekend.

Not sure how you didn’t know that?!?!? People have posted about it loads on here in numerous threads. Plus the Xbox Rewards app on the Xbox itself has Pizza Express, Skype, Tesco, Argos, New Look, John Lewis, Ticketmaster, among many others listed so you can redeem points for their vouchers,

You can use the points on loads of stuff, it’s an amazing rewards scheme. Crazy that you can basically play stuff on Xbox/Gamepass which already costs peanuts, and whilst doing  that, it pays for games on PS5 and Switch! 😁
