I was hoping they might have found a way to move on from the AC on wheels but sadly not.

To be fair, AC on wheels sounds incredible. Trying to figure out how to get your Trabant to the roof of an apartment block in East Berlin in order to assassinate your target by unceremoniously dropping on top of them; maneuvering surreptitiously around the side-streets of 1980s Miami in your bright red Ferrari Testarossa as you try to tail a DEA goon; engaging in destruction derby combat against a selection of templar-driven psychedelically-coloured Volkswagen Campervans in the middle of Woodstock.

Didn't realise we weren't making new threads any more, but in case anybody was interested in the scores:

Forza Horizon 5 [9]

Call Of Duty: Vanguard [6]

Guardians Of The Galaxy [7]

Riders Republic [7]

Shin Megami Tensei V [7]

Age Of Empires IV [7]

Happy Game [8]

Conway: Disappearance At Dahlia View [6]

House Of Ashes [6]

Exo One [8]

Moonglow Bay [5]

Moncage [6]

Why didn't you just make one? It's not like there's been an edict that no more Edge threads should be started.

Actually, yeah, now you put it like that…

I really need to give Exo One another go. It looked like it would be right up my street, but I never clicked with the controls and ended up uninstalling. It seems like everyone else in the world had a much better experience though. :D

I only played the first level and didn't really get it, so I haven't been back. I quite liked the feel of it, but I'm not sure what else there is beyond that.

I’ve not played a Call of Duty in years, is this one particularly worse than previous entries or do Edge not join the COD circle jerk all the other reviewers do?

It’s just more the same . I mean if you like cod it’s definitely better than last years . Not quite as good as the mw reboot. But the formula never really changes so a 6 is a perfectly adequate score.

It does have some highlights to be fair.

The idea of having the Stalingrad missions start before the battle begins is inspired.  It is a lot more of a gut punch fighting through bombed out streets that you were merrily walking down a few minutes before, and seeing the friends and people you were interacting with either blown apart or executed.

I would have quite happily played the entire campaign in Stalingrad tbh, as those missions are easily the best the game has to offer.

Edge 366 - the January issue, released in December, full of content about games released in November.

I appreciate there’s nothing the team can do about the latter, but I’d love to know why they release the mag with the following month on the cover. It’s always struck me as really quite odd.
