Magazinesdirect is an absolute disaster. I was the first on this forum to call them out over a year ago now. So sad that they haven't gotten their act together after all that time.

Not sure if all subs are managed on mymagazine but if yours is there's also the option to claim a missed issue and extend your sub a month instead of a replacement.

 

I requested a replacement yesterday before I checked the thread and noticed it was missing for most. Nothing today but maybe I'll get two tomorrow.

Came here to moan that my subs copy hasn't arrived yet... I see I'm not alone! Frustrating to go in WH Smiths today and see it on the shelves. On a related note, started a new subscription for Retro Gamer but that hasn't arrived either...

I was really tempted to just pick it up in WH Smiths while it was staring back at me... if it doesn't arrive tomorrow I'll have to contact the subs company and request a replacement. I've been a subscriber to Edge for about 10,000 years and this is the worst the service has ever been.
